Introductory Large Equipment Sessions at £25 for 45minutes (previous matwork experience required) until end Nov 2010

A Pilates Assessment lasts for approximately 1hour and 30minutes and includes the following aspects: 

Subjective Assessment - including reasons for commencing pilates and identification of goals.

Postural Assessment

Objective Assessment - including range of movement, neural mobility, dynamic joint control.

Pilates 5 Slings Assessment - identification of muscle imbalance and proprioception deficits.

Introduction to Pilates Key Principles

Introduction to Neutral Positioning
